People often ask if they need to feed their worms any special worm food like Worm Chow. It’s really not necessary unless you’re fattening worms for sale. But the worms do love it!

You can make your own Worm Chow. This is my easy recipe which I modified from the ingredients from a commercial worm chow label. Find some outdated ingredients in the cupboard, mix in a food processor, and store in a sealed container.

Sprinkle it in a few locations and leave it for a day or two, then you’ll see them going for it!
